Exchanges

We will happily exchange or issue a store credit voucher for any items that are returned unused and in its original condition seven (7) days from delivery date.  

It is the customer's responsibility to return merchandise to our business for exchange/credit. 
* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event of receiving damaged items upon delivery, shipping and handling fees will be waived. Refused or unaccepted packages will incur shipping and handling fees on behalf of the customer.
* Items returned after fifteen (15) days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted. 
* All sale items are final and returns are not accepted.

 HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

  1. Information required for returns or exchanges: 
    * Contact Name
    * Company Name *if applicable
    * E-mail Address (must be the same e-mail associated with your order)
    * Order #
    * Order Date
    * Style# for Returned/Exchanged Item
    * Quantity of each item returned and its style#
    * Reason for Return/Exchange

Please send an e-mail to  contact@jilliontrinkets.com with all of the information above within 7 days of your delivery date. Please expect a response within 48 hours.

The exchange/return authorization will be acquired. Please ship the item(s) to Jilliontrinketshomedecor (SHARE THE ADDRESS ONCE THEY RECEIVE A NOTICE  - HELP ME UNDERSTAND HOW THEY WILL RECEIVE NOTIFICATION TO SEND IT BACK)

Upon receiving your returned/exchanged item(s), you will be contacted via e-mail for final refund/exchange confirmation.

Damages and Product Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item. Sending an image is encouraged. We will evaluate the matter and respond with next steps: an exchanged item or refund . Exchange requests for any damaged items must be made within  seven (7) days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for a store credit voucher must be in the original condition with its original packaging. 

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items ( I DON’T THINK YOU NEED THIS BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT A VENDOR OF THESE GOODS)
Selected items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
